Notes

Tessie, who had lived in Cool with her husband Leo for the past seven years, was 80.

She was previously a resident of Novato, CA, where she was a founding member in 1952 of the Novato Guild of Sunny Hills. Mrs. Mindling had also been a member of the Presbyterian Women and the PTA. She was active as a Cub Scout Den Mother and volunteered for the Novato Branch of the Marin County Library and the Novato General Hospital Auxilliary.

Prior to moving to Novato in 1948, Tessie and Leo had lived in San Francisco, having moved there shortly after their marriage in Chicago in 1939.

Mrs. Mindling is survived by her husband Leo Mindling of Cool, CA, sons Thomas Mindling of Rohnert Park, CA, Anthony Mindling and his wife Hilda of Cool, CA, brother Donald Tallitsch and his wife Elizabeth of San Mateo, CA, sister Consuella Plikuhn and husband Robert of Sebastopol, CA, four grandchildren and cat Parker of Cool, CA.
